Paris Investment Grade Documentation Training Day

We will be running in Paris on 9 November a day's training which will focus primarily on investment grade documentation and will cover the following:

• Market update
• The LMA French law facility agreement: introduction and commercial aspects
• Update on LMA documents and hot topics
• Common negotiation point: The borrower perspective
• Workshop exercise
