Amsterdam Early Evening Seminar

We are holding an evening seminar in Amsterdam on 4 October 2017 on "Adapting the LMA Facility Agreement for Borrowing Base Financing Transactions", which will cover:

• The use of borrowing base structures in commodity financings
• Assets included in borrowing base structures
• Amendments to the LMA Facility Agreement to reflect a borrowing base structure
• Security over borrowing base assets
• Lessons learned from recent borrowing base restructurings

The seminar will be presented in English.

Speaking will be Niels de Ru, Partner - Allen & Overy.

Registration and refreshments will open at 16.15 hrs, with the seminar starting at 17.00 hrs. The seminar finishes at 18.00 hrs and is followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees.
