Amsterdam Leveraged Documentation Training Day

We are holding a one-day leveraged training event in Amsterdam on 26 June 2017. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry. The day will also include a workshop exercise run in small groups.

Whilst the training will focus on the LMA Leveraged Facilities Agreement, it will also be of relevance to those who use the Leveraged Facilities Agreement for non-acquisition deals. The training will cover the following:

• Market update
• The LMA Leveraged Facilities Agreement – commercial aspects and key negotiating points
• Update on LMA documents and hot topics
• Post-signing and loan management
• Financial covenants and cash controls in leveraged finance transactions
• Restructuring and insolvency

Please note, the training will be delivered in English.

The training day is based on the assumption that delegates will have viewed the webinar on "Overview of the LMA Leveraged Facilities Agreement", available on demand on the LMA website (click here for the LMA webinar homepage).

The training day will not cover material already covered by the LMA webinars.
