APL_LMA Juniors' Real Estate Finance Seminar

The third in LMA and APL's quarterly real estate finance series will focus on "Intercreditor Agreements", covering the following:

• Intercreditor Agreements ◦common structures for intercreditor agreements for real estate finance transactions;
• typical negotiation points and potential pitfalls; and
• ◦mezzanine/junior lender requests.

Speakers are Andrew Petersen and James Spencer, both from K&L Gates.

Registration will start at 5.00pm, with the seminar to commence promptly at 5.30pm. It is expected to last approximately one hour, with a drinks reception to follow. This event is open to LMA and APL members with less than 5 years’ experience in the real estate finance industry only, subject to prior registration and acceptance.
