APL/LMA REF Quarterly Series

The first LMA/APL seminar of 2019 will focus on the topic of “The Loan Agreement” and will cover the following:

• Typical structure of the document

• Drafting assumptions

• Typical negotiating points – focusing on representations, undertakings and events of default

• Conditions precedent – what issues should parties be aware of.

This seminar is for those with up to 3 years' experience in the market.

Registration will open at 16:30 hrs, with the seminar to commence promptly at 17.00 hrs. It is expected to last approximately one hour, and will be followed by a drinks reception.
