LMA/APL REF Quarterly Series for Junior REF Professionals

The third LMA/APL seminar of 2022 will focus on the topic of Conflict and Resolution and will cover the following:

• Early warning signs of distress
• Bringing the borrower to the table
• Special considerations for structured finance
• The roles of the various parties to the transaction
• Stages of distress: waiver, forbearance, refinancing, restructuring and enforcement
• Special considerations related to enforcement

We will have an update and introduction from Emily Fitzgerald, CBRE Loan Services. The speakers will be Simon Johnson, Luke Hannigan and Shiyao Zhu, of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.

This seminar is for those with up to 3 years' experience in the market.

Registration will open at 16:30, with the seminar to commence promptly at 17:00. It is expected to last approximately 1 hour. Networking drinks will be held after the event.
