LMA/APL REF Quarterly Series for Junior REF Professionals

The second LMA/APL seminar of 2019 will focus on the topic of “Real Estate Due Diligence & Security” and will cover the following:

• Real Estate Due Diligence
  • potential approaches to due diligence;
  • the importance of due diligence in a real estate financing context; and
  • a summary of those areas which should be covered.

• Security

• types of security;
• enforcement of security; and
• avoiding surprises.

Speakers will be from Simmons & Simmons.

This seminar is for those with up to 3 years' experience in the market.

Registration will open at 08:00 hrs, with the seminar to commence promptly at 08:30 hrs. It is expected to last approximately one hour. Breakfast will be available on arrival.
