Birmingham Real Estate Finance Training

This LMA regional training event in Birmingham will be presented by senior members of international law firms and prominent regional banks.

The agenda will include sessions on:

• Introduction to the LMA REF development facility agreement
• Key negotiating points of a REF development facility agreement
• Negotiating a REF Intercreditor Agreement
• Understanding the real estate due diligence process for both investment and development properties

The training day is based on the assumption that delegates will have viewed the following webinars "Introduction to the REF Intercreditor Agreement" and "Introduction to the LMA REF Development Facility Agreement" which are available on demand on the LMA website(click here for the LMA webinar homepage). The training day will not cover material already covered by the LMA webinars.
