Brussels Early Evening Seminar

We are holding an evening seminar in Brussels on 24 October 2018 covering selected topics for the Belgian lending market. In particular, this seminar will cover:

• European Union proposals impacting the loan market
  
  • Proposal for a regulation on the law applicable to the third-party effects of assignments of claims
  • Proposal for a directive on credit servicers, credit purchasers and the recovery of collateral
• Recent legal & tax developments in Belgium
• A practical update from the National Pledge Register

Registration will open at 16:15 hrs, with the seminar starting at 17:00 hrs. The seminar finishes at 18:30 hrs and is followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees.
