Brussels Early Evening Seminar

The LMA's first Brussels Early Evening Seminar of 2017 will provide an update on secured transactions, and review the key challenges when taking security in Belgium. In particular, the session will focus on:

• How the new law on security interests will impact secured transactions
• The question of "possession or control" in financial collateral
• Relevant insolvency considerations.
