Dublin Seminar

The LMA will be running a one day event in Dublin on 13 September.

The morning will comprise a series of presentations/panels covering the following:

• Market update and outlook
• Spotlight on loan operations
• The role of alternative investors

and the afternoon will comprise training on the below topics:

• Introduction to the LMA property development facility
• Introduction to property CPs, security and the due diligence process
• Commercial considerations for lenders when funding property development

The event is free of charge and open to LMA Members only. The training will finish with a cocktail reception to which all attendees are welcome to join.
