We are holding a one-day leveraged documentation training event in Dublin on 19 April 2018.
Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry. The day will also include a workshop exercise run in small groups.
The training will cover the following:

- The LMA leveraged facility agreement: commercial considerations on non-LBO deals

- Post-signing and loan management
- Financial covenants
- Workshop exercise

The training day is based on the assumption that delegates will have viewed the webinar on "Overview of the LMA Leveraged Facilities Agreement ", available on demand on the LMA website (click here for the LMA webinar homepage).
Please note that this Training Day will focus on the non-Leveraged Buy-Out aspects of the LMA Leveraged Facilities Agreement.
Registration will open at 08:45 hrs, and the seminar will start promptly at 09:15hrs. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
