East African Syndicated Loans Training

The LMA is holding a one-day training session in Nairobi on 17 August 2016. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.

Topics will include:

• LMA facility agreement "deep dive"
• Sector focus: introduction to project finance
• Cash controls in project finance transactions
• Dealing with extraterritorial issues in African deals
