The LMA is holding a one-day training session in Nairobi on 5 September 2018. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.
Topics will include:

- Facility agreement mechanics and margin protection
- Facility agreement - credit Protections
- Introduction to the LMA's recommended form of ECA buyer credit facility agreement
- ECA Finance - key trends and negotiating points
LMA are accredited by the Kenyan Law Society and this event has been awarded 1 CPD unit. Please note, there is a fee of 1,000 Kshs when requesting the CPD unit from the Kenyan Law Society.
