Frankfurt Documentation Training Day

We will be holding our Leveraged Documentation Training Day in Frankfurt on 27 February 2018.

Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.

Whilst the training will focus on the LMA Leveraged Facilities Agreement, it will also be of relevance to those who use the Leveraged Facilities Agreement for non-acquisition deals.

The training day will cover the following topics:

• Market update
• Update on LMA documents and hot topics
• Post-signing and loan management
• Financial covenants and cash controls
• The LMA leveraged facilities agreement: key negotiating points workshop
• Debt restructuring: the debtor and creditor perspectives

This event is primarily aimed at personnel within bank syndicated loan and back-office departments, institutional investors and lawyers who want to gain a greater understanding of the LMA leveraged facility agreement. All sessions will be presented in English.
