Following the release of the LMA Schuldschein Documentation in October 2018, we are holding a one day event in Frankfurt on 26th February, consisting of sessions chaired and presented by those involved in the production of the Documentation. The day will cover:

  • Market update
  • Origins of the LMA Schuldschein Documentation
  • Overview of the Two LMA Schuldschein Documents
  • The LMA User Guide - Dynamics
  • Update on LIBOR/EURIBOR and the move to risk-free rates
  • Trading Platforms and Digitisation

Please note, delegates are required to view the webinar on Introduction to the LMA Schuldschein Loan Agreements and User Guide before the training day. Click here to view. The day will not cover material already covered by the LMA webinar.

All sessions will be presented in English.
