Fund Finance Evening Seminar, 26 June 2025

Join us for an exclusive in-person evening seminar exploring best practices for structuring subscription facilities and PE NAV facilities—two pillars of the fund finance market.

Fund finance as an asset class has consistently demonstrated remarkable resilience, driven by inherent structural, commercial, and legal safeguards. With increasing attention on fund finance and continued market growth, our seminar will bring together expert panels focusing on these best practices and their importance for the ongoing resilience of these products. The sessions will highlight the principles that underpin strong structuring and showcase what best-in-class looks like in today’s environment.

Following the discussions, attendees are invited to a networking reception with drinks and bowl food until 21.00—an ideal opportunity to connect with industry peers.

The event will be held at One Moorgate Place - Chartered Accountants Hall, 1 Moorgate Place, London EC2R 6EA.

Registration will open at 17.15, and the seminar will commence promptly at 17.45. The sessions will finish at 19.15 and will be followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees and speakers.
