We will be holding our Investment Grade Training virtually again this year on 23 November. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.

The virtual training will cover the following:

  • Market update
  • The LMA investment grade facility agreement: introduction and commercial aspects
  • Update on LMA documents and hot topics
  • The borrower's perspective

Target Audience
This training event is primarily aimed at personnel within bank syndicated loan and back-office departments, institutional investors and lawyers who want to gain a greater understanding of our LMA Investment Grade documentation.

Webinar instructions

The training day is based on the assumption that delegates will have viewed the webinar on Introduction to Syndicated Lending before the training day, available on demand on the LMA website.



The training day will not cover material already covered by the LMA webinar.


Once your place has been confirmed, you will receive a detailed agenda (including specific release times for each session during the day and how to join) closer to the time of the training.

This training will not be on demand post event and can only be viewed live. This event is free of charge and for LMA members only.
