We will be holding our annual seminar in Istanbul on 22 February 2018. This afternoon seminar will cover:
- Using LMA documents
- Considering Competition
- What are the options when things go wrong? A look at dispute resolution and enforcement rights under loan documentation.
- Syndication panel debate: overview of the Turkish syndicated loan market, opportunities and challenges to be aware of and outlook for 2018.
Sessions will be delivered by senior professionals working in the Turkish market and will be presented in English.
