Johannesburg Early Evening Seminar

The LMA will be running an Early Evening Seminar in Johannesburg on 10 August on Intercreditor Agreements.

The seminar will cover the following:

• Overview of intercreditors
• Parties to an intercreditor agreement
• Decision-making
• Position of hedging providers
• LMA standard and SA law specifics
• Other intercreditor issues

Speaking will be Lionel Shawe, Partner, and Jan Skuhravy, Senior Associate, both from Allen & Overy.

This event is free of charge and open to LMA Members only. Registration will open from 5.00 pm and the seminar will start promptly at 5.30 pm and will last one hour. The seminar will close with a drinks reception from 6.30 pm to which all attendees are welcome to join.
