Syndicated Loans Course for Lawyers - POSTPONED
Syndicated Loans Course for Lawyers - POSTPONED
The wellbeing of our members is a fundamental priority for us at the LMA and, in light of developments in relation to Coronavirus (Covid-19), we will be postponing this event.
This decision is the result of considerable reflection over recent days. However, we are of the view that going ahead with this particular event given the current situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) is not in the best interests of the participants, and that we should postpone the event until such time as everyone feels comfortable travelling and being together in larger group settings. We will update you once a new date is confirmed.
We would like to thank you for your understanding in relation to this matter and your continuing support of LMA activities.
This two-day programme, designed specifically for those working in the legal profession, provides detailed tuition on all aspects of the primary and secondary loan markets in the context of the broader debt capital markets but also taking into account current market conditions.
The training day is open to members of the LMA only. Individuals will need first to have logged on using their Username and password in order to be able to apply.
The course fee is £950 (plus VAT) which includes course materials, refreshments and lunch. Payment is expected in advance of attendance. Those who cancel their attendance on/after 5th February 2020, will be eligible for the full cost of the course. After this time, a substitute delegate can be nominated prior to the start of the course, or, alternatively, a delegate can be switched to a later course, subject to the LMA being able to find a replacement.

Why Choose the LMA Lawyers' Course
- The course will be delivered by highly experienced market professionals, many of whom are "Heads of" their function and who are currently actively involved in the market.
