Leveraged Documentation Training

We are holding a one-day training session on the LMA leveraged facilities agreement on 19 June 2019. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry. The afternoon will include a workshop exercise run in small groups to cement understanding.

Target Audience
This training event is primarily aimed at personnel within bank syndicated loan and back-office departments, institutional investors and lawyers who want to gain a greater understanding of our LMA leveraged facilities agreement.

Webinar instructions

The training day is based on the assumption that delegates will have viewed the webinars on "Introduction to Syndicated Lending" and "Overview of the LMA Leveraged Facilities Agreement", both available on demand on the LMA website (click here for the LMA webinar homepage).

The training day will not cover material already covered by the LMA webinars.
