We are holding a one-day training session on the LMA leveraged senior/mezzanine intercreditor agreement on 1 December 2017. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry. The day will include a workshop exercise to cement understanding.

Target Audience
This training event is primarily aimed at personnel within bank syndicated loan and back-office departments, institutional investors and lawyers who want to gain a greater understanding of our LMA leveraged Intercreditor documentation agreement.

The day is based on the assumption that delegates will have viewed the webinar on "Introduction to the LMA Leveraged Intercreditor Agreement", available on demand on the LMA website (click here for the LMA webinar homepage).

The day will not cover material already covered by the LMA webinar.
