LMA/APL REF Quarterly Series for Junior REF Professionals

The second LMA/APL seminar of 2022 will focus on the topic of “Real Estate Due Diligence & Security” and will cover the following:

Real Estate Due Diligence:

• Potential approaches to due diligence;
• The importance of due diligence in a real estate financing context; and
• A summary of those areas which should be covered.

Security:

• Types of security;
• Enforcement of security; and
• Avoiding surprises.

Speakers will be Zoe Maurer, Partner, and Zak Ikponmwosa, Partner, both of Addleshaw Goddard.

This seminar is for those with up to 3 years' experience in the market.

Registration will open at 08:00 hrs, with the seminar to commence promptly at 08:30 hrs. It is expected to last approximately one hour. Breakfast will be available on arrival.
