On-day troubleshooting:
I am having technical issues with viewing the sessions.
Please do test your connection here. If it shows your connection is insufficient, please speak to you IT department to check internet connection and firewall settings.
Sometimes you need to empty your browser cache to enable the media to play. Alternatively you can try accessing from a different browser.

I have trouble accessing the virtual event platform
This can be for either of the following reasons:
- Your company firewall is restricting access to the virtual platform. In that case you will need to either speak to your IT department to gain access, or attend from a personal device, or any device that is not connected to your company's firewall.
- Your browser doesn't support the conference platform. Please try to access from a different browser or clear your browser cache. Chrome is the
favoured browser.
- You forgot your password. There is a "Forgot
password" button on the Sign in page. Click on that and you will receive an email from WorkCast with a link to reset your password. If
they don't receive this email, please check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email registration.lmaevents@lma.eu.com.
Can I still register on the day ?
If the event is already live you can still register at any time and then join by clicking on the "Join Event" button in the automatic confirmation email which you will receive from donotreply@workcast.com. If you do not receive this confirmation after 20 minutes please check your spam folder. If it is not in there please contact registration.lmaevents@lma.eu.com.

What is a virtual conference?
We are committed to supporting our members through these challenging times, and therefore we are pleased to deliver our annual conference in this new virtual format using the WorkCast technology platform. WorkCast virtual event software is cloud-based, secure and scalable, so we can safely and effectively take this conference online. The platform requires no plugins or downloads, so we can stream our conference to all our members wherever they are based. Delegates will be able to navigate around a virtual environment, where they can interact with speakers and sponsors, whilst visiting a number of different aspects, including: session auditorium, sponsor booths and networking lounge. Within these areas, attendees can watch live presentations from speakers, exhibitors and sponsors.
How do I register?
In order to register for the conference, you will need to log in to your User Account on the LMA website. If you do not have your own log-in details, you can register for these by following this link. Registration for the conference itself is through our virtual platform provider, WorkCast. Once you are logged into the LMA website, you will be able to access the link to the WorkCast registration page.
Once you have been redirected to the WorkCast registration page, you will be asked to create a username (your work email address) and password to enable a secure login to your personal profile on the virtual conference platform so you can access the live session streams on the day and networking functionality.
Should you need to reset your password prior/on the day of the conference this can easily be done by selecting ‘Forgot my Password’. You can modify your profile at any time.
How will I know if my registration has been successful?
Once you have registered for the conference, you will receive an automated notification email from donotreply@workcast.com. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folders and speak to your IT team. You may need to re-register for the event once WorkCast has been added to your safe senders list. If you still do not receive the registration email, please contact the LMA on registration.lmaevents@lma.eu.com.
Can I update my profile after I have completed my registration?
Yes you can amend your profile at anytime before or during the conference. You can do so by signing in with your conference username and password using the link in your confirmation email.
Is the virtual conference free to access?
Yes, the conference is free of charge for all LMA members.
Are there restrictions on number of people who can attend?
At present, there are no capacity restrictions on the number of people who can register from any one organisation or the number of people in total who can register.
How do I access the virtual conference?
If your registration has been
successful, you will be given instructions nearer the time on how to join the
conference. You will be required to enter the login details you have created for the conference platform when registering so make sure you make a note of those details to avoid any delay accessing the platform on 28 September.
You can use either a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone to access the conference.
How do I interact with other attendees and speakers ?
Delegates will have the ability to network with each other, speakers and the LMA via LinkedIn and to set up video meetings within the conference platform.
There will also be a live chat function for delegates to interact with exhibitors when visiting their pages.
