The final LMA/APL seminar of 2021 will focus on the topic of “The Loan Agreement” and will cover the following:

Speakers will be Claire Fawcett and Dima Orendarets, both of Clifford Chance LLP. This seminar is for those with up to 3 years' experience in the market.

The seminar will close with a live audio Q&A where the speakers will answer questions sent in from delegates during the live transmission.
