We are holding a London Early Evening Seminar on 25 March hosted by Allen & Overy LLP.

The seminar is entitled "Trends impacting loan transfers and debt syndication in the Leveraged Finance Market".

This seminar will consider issues affecting loan transfers and syndication in the Leveraged Finance market. It will look at recent documentary trends in transfer provisions and their practical consequences, debt syndication considerations in the UK public bid context and alternative methods of loan trading.

This seminar is free of charge and for LMA members only.

Registration will open at 4.15 pm. The seminar will start at 5.00 pm and will last approx an hour. The seminar will close with a drinks reception to which all attendees are welcome to join.
