London Early Evening Seminar

We are holding a London Early Evening Seminar on 20 May hosted by Allen & Overy LLP.

The seminar is entitled "Trends impacting loan transfers and debt syndication in the Leveraged Finance Market".

This seminar will consider issues affecting loan transfers and syndication in the Leveraged Finance market. It will look at recent documentary trends in transfer provisions including their practical consequences and the relevance to alternative methods of loan trading.

This seminar is free of charge and for LMA members only.

Registration will open at 16:15 hrs and the seminar will start promptly at 17:00 hrs and will last approx an hour. The seminar will close with a drinks reception to which all attendees are welcome to join.
