We are holding a special Early Evening Seminar on 9 January in London at 10 Upper Bank Street (in addition to our scheduled January Early Evening Seminar).
The seminar is entitled "The future of LIBOR and the impact on the syndicated loan market". It will cover, amongst other things:
- Background to interest rate benchmark reform and the transition to risk-free rates
- Issues for syndicated loan market participants of a discontinuation of LIBOR (including from a product, operational and legal perspective)
- The LMA's work on facilitating a transition away from LIBOR
Speaking will be:

Registration will open at 16:15 hrs, with the seminar starting at 17:00 hrs. The seminar finishes at 18:00 hrs and is followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees.
