Our November London Early Evening Seminar is entitled "Leveraged finance: Where are we in the credit cycle and what is the current status of the market?"

The seminar will cover:

  • What is influencing borrowers’ choice between the loan and bond market?
  • Leverage dynamics - what kind of impact have the U.S. leveraged lending guidelines had on the European market?
  • Covenants: How close are bond covenants converging with financial covenants?
  • The impact of direct lending
  • Default expectations

Speakers are still being finalised but will include:

This seminar is free of charge and for LMA members only.

Registration will open at 4.15 pm. The seminar will start at 5.00 pm and will last approx an hour. The seminar will close with a drinks reception to which all attendees are welcome to join.
