London Leveraged Documentation Training Day

We are holding a one-day training session on the LMA leveraged suite of documents on 7 December 2016. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry. The afternoon will include a workshop exercise run in small groups to cement understanding.

Target Audience
This training event is primarily aimed at personnel within bank syndicated loan and back-office departments, institutional investors and lawyers who want to gain a greater understanding of our LMA suite of documentation. This event is free of charge and for LMA members only.
