We were delighted to be hosting our Real Estate Finance (REF) Conference in-person again in London on 20 April 2023.
The impact of real estate goes far beyond the spaces we occupy. Real estate has the potential to transform places, to bring communities together, to promote wellbeing, to drive decarbonisation, and to protect and restore biodiversity. The LMA’s REF Conference 2023 explored these key themes, and examined how the REF market is adapting in the current macroeconomic and geopolitical climate.
The programme featured a line-up of expert speakers actively working in the REF market today, who shared their views on the key issues and challenges shaping the industry.
Topics included the following:
- Economic outlook
- Outlook for the REF market in 2023 and beyond
- Creating social value in the built environment
- The climate challenge: turning ambition into action
