We are holding a REF Documentation Training day on 22 June 2018.

The day will cover:

  • Negotiating a REF intercreditor agreement
  • Investment Property Case Study – borrower friendly mark-up
  • Guarantees, security and assignments under REF transactions
  • Development finance

Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.
