Rwanda Training

We are holding our first half-day training event in Rwanda on 19 July 2018.

The training will cover the following:

• Introduction to the LMA suite of documents
• LMA facility agreement "deep dive" - understanding the workings of the LMA facility agreement
• Negotiating the commercial provisions - reps, covenants and events of default

Registration will open at 09:00 hrs, and the training will start promptly at 09:30 hrs.The training morning will close with a lunch open to all delegates and speakers.

This event is free of charge and for LMA members and non-members.
