Rwanda Documentation Training

We are holding a half-day training event in Rwanda on 25 July 2019.

The training will cover the following:

• Hot topics in the cross-border loan market
• LMA secured developing markets facility agreement "deep dive"
• Negotiating facility agreements – the borrower viewpoint
• Focus on financial covenants – understanding the basics

Registration will open at 08:30 hrs, and the training will start promptly at 09:00 hrs.The training morning will close with a lunch open to all delegates and speakers.

This event is free of charge and for LMA members and non-members.
