South Africa Documentation Training

We are holding a one-day interactive training event on Thursday, 29 February 2024 in Johannesburg aimed at junior lawyers and bankers active in the syndicated loan market.

Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.

The training will cover the following:

• Documentation, Automation and Regulation – a summary of LMA activities in the South African market
• JIBAR transition to Zaronia - where are we now? 
• Key negotiation points in facility agreements
• Dealing with distressed assets in a downturn 
• Deep dive into the SLL Model Provisions and local considerations
