We will be holding a half-day training event on Thursday, 25 July at the Hilton Hotel in Sandton covering the following:
 

·         Benchmark Reform: lessons learnt from the LIBOR transition process and potential

          application to JIBAR

·         Acquisition Finance for Cross-border SSA Loan Transactions: structuring and

          facility agreement considerations

·         Sustainable finance 

Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry. The training will close with a networking lunch.
