Syndicated Loans Course for Lawyers

We are planning on bringing back our Syndicated Loans Course for Lawyers in its in-person format on 16 and 17 November 2021 at One Whitehall Place in London.

This naturally will be dependent on any new restrictions that are imposed regarding events, but we are keen to start planning in the hope that this course will go ahead.

This two-day programme, designed specifically for those working in the legal profession, provides detailed tuition on all aspects of the primary and secondary loan markets in the context of the broader debt capital markets but also taking into account current market conditions.

Payment & cancellation
The course fee is £950 (plus VAT), which includes course materials, refreshments and lunch. Payment is expected in advance of attendance.

Given the uncertainty regarding in-person events and international travel due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we understand that it might still be difficult to fully commit to attending the course at this stage. Therefore, if you register now, you will not be required to make any payment just yet. The registration form will still ask you to fill in your billing details, however we will not be sending you an invoice until 26 October. You will be able to cancel your place free of charge up until this date. Once the invoice has been issued, any cancellation request will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Joining the course
Please note that by registering for this course, you will be expected to attend in person. This is not a virtual course.

You will receive detailed joining instructions approximately 2 weeks before the course starts, which will include the course timings, how to travel to the venue and any additional measures that you will be expected to comply with.
