Uganda Training

We are holding our first half-day training event in Uganda on 17 July 2018 at the Kampala Serena Hotel.
The training will cover the following:
- Introduction to the LMA suite of documents
- LMA facility agreement "deep dive" - understanding the workings of the LMA facility agreement
- Negotiating the commercial provisions - reps, covenants and events of default
Registration will open at 08:30 hrs, and the training will start promptly at 09:30 hrs. The training morning will close with a lunch open to all delegates and speakers.
