Warsaw Training

This LMA training event, presented by senior members of international law firms and prominent regional banks, will focus primarily on LMA loan documentation.

The agenda will include sessions on:

• Understanding the syndicate structure
• Hot Topics
• Negotiating the credit agreement
• Security and the role of the security agent
• LMA documentation in insolvency situation
• An Introduction to NPLs
  

The event is aimed at lawyers and bankers in the syndicated loan markets in Poland and might be of interest to those in the wider CEE region. The training is open to LMA members only, subject to prior registration and receipt of confirmation email.
