We are delighted to be returning to Warsaw on Wednesday, 11 October 2023 to hold our annual seminar and documentation training for LMA members. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry, and will include:
- WIBOR-WIRON transition: latest developments and practical problems
- Preparing Project Finance Documents
- An Overview of Intercreditor Agreements
- LMA.Automate Update
- Review of the LMA's SLL Model Provisions
Registration and a networking lunch will open at 12:00 and the event will start promptly at 13:00. The event will close at 17.30, with a networking drinks reception open to all attendees.
This event is free of charge and open to LMA members only.
