Southern Africa Syndicated Loans Training

The LMA is holding a one-day training session in Harare, Zimbabwe on 14 September 2016. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.

Topics will include:

• Introduction to the LMA suite of documents
• LMA facility agreement "deep dive"
• Sector focus: introduction to project finance and project finance facility agreements
• Sector focus: cash controls in project finance transactions
• Introduction to the LMA Zimbabwean law document and Zimbabwean law banking and finance issues
• Understanding the requirements of international investors
