We will be holding our annual seminar in Zurich on 5 February 2019. This one day event will cover:
- Intercreditor issues
- Legal hot topics
- Update on LIBOR and the move to risk-free rates
- Economic and market outlook
- Syndicated lending: Trends in the Swiss and European loan markets
- Schuldschein: Overview and introduction to the new LMA Schuldschein documents
Sessions will be delivered by senior professionals from major banks and law firms active in the Swiss/wider European syndicated loan market. All sessions will be presented in English.
