Zurich Training, 10 September 2024

We are holding a one-day training session in Zurich for the Swiss market on the LMA’s Investment Grade Documentation on 10 September 2024.  With the ongoing evolution in the Swiss market from Swiss lite to LMA documentation, the training day offers insights into the LMA’s base investment grade documentation.  The sessions will be delivered by experts in the market and will offer both the legal and commercial perspective – the aim of the event is to help delegates build a better understanding of LMA documentation, the key terms from a commercial perspective and common negotiation points.   

The training will consist of the following sessions (further details can be found under the agenda tab):

• An introduction to the LMA and how LMA documentation is produced.   
• Market update 
• The LMA investment grade facility agreement: introduction and commercial aspects
• Update on LMA documents and hot topics 
• The borrower's perspective 
• Workshop exercise on common negotiation points
