LMA Fund Finance Working Party Structure

The work undertaken by the LMA in the fund finance market is only possible due to the expertise and commitment of the institutions that actively participate in the Committees, Working Parties and Task Forces – information on these and how they interact is set out below.

* The currently active Task Forces are working on developing an LPA Due Diligence Checklist and an Exclusion Events Rider (each for subscription facilities). The respective Task Forces will seek feedback from the Documents and Guidance Working Party before publication. There was also a Glossary Task Force which worked with both the Documents and Guidance and Education and Communications Working Parties to finalise the Glossary.
