New Data Protection Regulation

We have updated our data protection privacy notice on our website in line with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which takes effect from 25 May 2018. The updated notice is intended to provide you with additional information about the personal data we process about you, including how and why it is used and disclosed and the rights you have in respect of the processing of your personal data. Protecting your personal data is important to us, therefore we apply the same level of protection whether you are an EU citizen or not. Click here to view the updated privacy statement. It can be found on the LMA website, under Important Legal and Regulatory Information on the bottom right of the website.

Whilst this update does not affect your existing membership rights and/or subscriptions for our mailing lists, please take this opportunity to update your contact details and check your subscriptions to ensure they are still right for you.

You can easily amend your contact details and the alerts that you receive via the Personal Profile tab on the LMA website.

Amend your contact details
  1. Login with your username and password to the members' section of the LMA website.
  2. Click the "Personal Profile" tab, which you can access on the top RHS of the screen.
  3. Select either "Contact Details" and/or "Preferences" and use the edit/update buttons to make any changes.
  4. If you want to amend your email address, which is your login, you will need to contact the LMA.

Amend your email subscriptions

As an LMA member you can subscribe to our various marketing email distribution lists and interest groups to receive updates on the LMA's activities.

  1. Login with your username and password to the members' section of the LMA website.
  2. Click the "Personal Profile" tab, which you can access on the top RHS of the screen.
  3. Select either "Opt-in/Out lists" and use the tick boxes to amend your subscriptions.

Please note the Education & Events marketing list has been broken down into regions and types of events. Only select All Events/Webinars if you want to be notified about all upcoming events throughout EMEA and all webinars.

How to unsubscribe
  1. If you would like to unsubscribe from LMA emails, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any LMA marketing email your receive.
  2. This will unsubscribe you from all future LMA marketing emails.
